Competition Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Coming-soon notice: No competition is currently open for entry through this page. Joining the email waitlist is not a competition entry, a purchase, or a guarantee of an invitation, allocation or prize. The competition terms below describe the planned service; final applicable terms and competition details will be published before entries are accepted.

1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all prize competitions (“Competitions”) operated by TNCollectors LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17306539, with registered office at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Promoter”).

By entering a Competition you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

2.1To be eligible to enter a Competition you must:

be aged 18 or over at the date of entry;

be a resident of an eligible country (see clause 2.2); and

not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of TNCollectors LTD, or an immediate family member of any such person.

2.2Excluded countries. Competitions are open to residents worldwide except residents of the following, who are not eligible to enter:

Cuba

Iran

Venezuela

The Crimean region

North Korea

Myanmar (Burma)

Belarus

Mali

Germany

Any entries submitted from excluded territories will be disqualified and refunded.

2.3It is your sole responsibility to ensure that participating in a Competition is lawful under the laws of your country of residence. We make no representation that entry is permitted in any jurisdiction outside the United Kingdom. By entering, you warrant that your participation is lawful where you reside.

3. How to Enter

3.1To enter a Competition you must:

visit the relevant Competition page on our website;

answer the skill question correctly — only correct answers will unlock the checkout (see clause 4);

select the number of tickets you wish to purchase, subject to any applicable entry cap (see clause 5); and

complete payment at checkout.

3.2Entries must be submitted before the closing date stated on the Competition page. We reserve the right to close a Competition early if all available tickets are sold; where this applies it will be clearly stated on the Competition page.

3.3Entries containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be disqualified. Any such decision will be made by us acting reasonably.

3.4We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant, void any entry, and (where applicable) recover any prize awarded where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment chargeback after entry, use of stolen payment details, use of automated or bot software, or any other breach of these Terms.

3.5You may only hold one account. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe to be operating multiple accounts.

4. Skill Question

4.1All Competitions operated by TNCollectors LTD are skill-based. Every entry requires a correct answer to a skill question, which will be displayed clearly on the Competition page before the point of payment.

4.2Only entrants who answer the skill question correctly will be able to proceed to checkout.

4.3The correct answer to the skill question will be made available upon reasonable written request following the competition closing date.

5. Entry Cap

5.1Some Competitions include an entry cap, placing a maximum limit on the number of tickets each entrant may purchase. Where an entry cap applies, it will be clearly stated on the Competition page before you enter.

5.2You may place multiple orders provided your total number of tickets does not exceed the applicable cap.

5.3It is your responsibility to ensure that your total ticket purchases across all orders do not exceed the applicable cap. We reserve the right to disqualify any entries exceeding the cap, in which case the relevant ticket purchases will be refunded.

6. Tickets and Payment

6.1Ticket prices are as stated on the Competition page.

6.2All ticket purchases are final. In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to Competition entries, as these constitute services related to a leisure activity to be provided on a specific date.

6.3Refunds will only be issued where:

we cancel the Competition in accordance with clause 7;

a technical error on our part results in a duplicate or incorrect charge; or

entries are disqualified due to exceeding the applicable entry cap (see clause 5.3) or originating from an excluded territory (see clause 2.2).

6.4All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, your payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and charges; we are not responsible for these.

7. Competition Period and Cancellation

7.1Each Competition will run from its launch date until the closing date stated on the Competition page, or until all available tickets have been sold, whichever occurs first.

7.2Where applicable, a minimum number of tickets must be sold for the Competition to proceed. This minimum will be stated on the Competition page.

7.3We reserve the right to cancel a Competition at any time, including where:

the minimum ticket threshold has not been reached by the closing date;

the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control;

we become aware of fraud, a material technical failure, or any other circumstance that in our reasonable opinion compromises the integrity of the Competition.

7.4In the event of cancellation, all entrants will be notified by email and receive a full refund to their original payment method within 14 working days of the cancellation date. Refunds will not be subject to interest or any additional fees or costs.

8. The Draw

8.1The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries — that is, all entries with a correct answer to the skill question submitted before the closing date.

8.2The draw will be conducted using a certified independent third-party random number generator and will be broadcast live on our social media channels. A certificate confirming the draw result is available upon request.

8.3The draw will take place within 14 days of the competition closing date, at a date and time to be announced on our website and social media channels in advance.

9. Winners

9.1We will use reasonable efforts to contact the winner by email within 48 hours of the draw.

9.2To claim their prize, the winner must respond and provide the following within 28 days of being notified:

valid government-issued photo ID;

proof of the payment method used to purchase their entry; and

a confirmed delivery address.

9.3 The winner must be aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to verify the winner's age and to disqualify and redraw where this requirement is not met.

9.4 Failure to respond or provide the required information within 28 days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and we reserve the right to conduct a redraw, acting reasonably.

9.5The winner’s first name and country of residence will be announced publicly during the live draw and will be made available upon request to any entrant for a period of one month following the draw date.

9.6Winners may be asked to provide or pose for photographs and videos for promotional purposes. Winners have the right to refuse. Where a winner gives consent, any such photographs or videos will be the property of TNCollectors LTD and may be used in future marketing and promotional activity across any media channel.

10. Prizes

10.1The prize for each Competition is as described on the relevant Competition page.

10.2Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.

10.3We reserve the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equivalent or greater market value. Market value will be assessed by reference to the UK retail price or, where applicable, the prevailing secondary market price from a reputable industry source (such as Chrono24.com) at the time of substitution. The winner will be notified of any substitution before delivery.

10.4Prizes will be delivered via insured courier or, at our discretion, by hand to the address provided by the winner. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the winner following prize confirmation; these are estimates and not guarantees. The winner is responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and accessible.

10.5For winners outside the United Kingdom, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10.6We recommend that the winner arranges appropriate insurance for the prize immediately upon receipt; we are unable to assist with this.

10.7Where applicable, any remaining manufacturer warranty will transfer to the winner along with the prize. We provide no additional warranty or guarantee beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

11. Liability

11.1Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for:

death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.2Subject to clause 11.1, we shall not be liable for:

any loss or damage not caused by our breach of these Terms;

any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of entry;

any loss or damage caused by your own actions or omissions; or

any indirect or consequential loss.

11.3We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website. We are not liable for any loss arising from website downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions, save where caused by our gross negligence.

11.4Information on our website is provided in good faith but may occasionally contain errors. You should verify any material details, such as prize specifications, by contacting us at contact@thenewcollectors.com before entering. Nothing in this clause limits our liability for misleading information that induced your entry, as required by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of TNCollectors LTD or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade marks, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.

12.2You may view and print content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

13. Data Protection

Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://thenewcollectors.com/privacy. By entering a Competition you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Third Party Rights

The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply to these Terms. No third party has any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these Terms.

16. Severability

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deleted. The validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions will not be affected.

17. Notices

17.1Notices from us to you will be sent to the email address you provided at the point of entry.

17.2It is your responsibility to ensure the email address you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

17.3You may contact us at any time at: contact@thenewcollectors.com

18. General

18.1These Terms, together with any Competition-specific rules stated on the Competition page, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your participation.

18.2We reserve the right to amend these Terms for legitimate reasons including legal compliance, operational changes, or to clarify provisions. Any amendments will be published on our website with reasonable notice. Changes will not apply to Competitions already open for entry at the time the change is published.

18.3We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to a third party, provided that the third party assumes all our obligations to you. Your rights under these Terms will not be reduced as a result of any such assignment.

18.4If we fail to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion, this shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision on any future occasion.
